RDF reconciliation is provided by a separate extension that must be installed first. Candidates:

• RDF Transform: https://github.com/AtesComp/rdf-transform - compatible with OpenRefine 3.6+, but apparently used for RDF exports
• LODRefine: https://github.com/sparkica/LODRefine - not updated in years

According to older instructions:

• ‘RDF’ > ‘Add reconciliation service’ > ‘Based on SPARQL endpoint...’
• Name: (any name for the service)
• Endpoint URL: http://data.logainm.ie/sparql
• Type: Virtuoso
• Label Properties: Also check ‘foaf:name’
